1. Eligibility

To use Scans2Mesh, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.

2. User Responsibilities

You agree to use Scans2Mesh for lawful purposes only. You will not upload content that is illegal, abusive, harassing, or infringes on any third party’s rights. You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights and permissions to upload any files you submit to the platform.

3. File Uploads and Processing

You retain ownership of all files uploaded through our service. You grant Scans2Mesh a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to process and store your files for the sole purpose of providing our services. You acknowledge that turnaround times are estimates and may vary depending on file complexity and system load.

4. Payment and Billing

You agree to pay all applicable fees for services rendered, as disclosed during the checkout process. All sales are final. Refunds are only issued at our sole discretion in the case of service failures or undelivered results.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, and platform technology used to provide the Services are the property of Scans2Mesh or its licensors. Processed 3D mesh results may be used for internal training or quality assurance purposes unless otherwise agreed upon.

6. Data Retention

Uploaded files and processed outputs are retained for a limited time. It is your responsibility to download and back up any deliverables. We reserve the right to delete files and associated data after 30 days (or other retention period as defined on our site).

7. Privacy Policy

We collect only the information necessary to provide our services, such as your name, email, phone number, and uploaded files. We use this data solely to process your requests and deliver mesh files. Your data is never sold or shared outside of essential services (e.g., payment or storage providers).

Uploaded files are stored in a temporary cloud folder and are not indexed or shared, retained only as long as necessary, and deleted one week after mesh files are delivered. We use reCAPTCHA and analytics to protect and improve the service. You may request access to or deletion of your data at any time by emailing support@scans2mesh.com.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law: Scans2Mesh shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of converted files for any specific application.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and without notice.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
